This is the perfect fitness motivation that you can easily embrace daily. Every workout counts. Repeat it to yourself when you want to skip your workout. It will help you stay motivated. It’s part of our BuzzChomp motivation video series.
Repeat after mean “every workout counts” and now you have the greatest fitness motivation. Yes, fitness motivation can and is that simple. To this day, even if I workout say when I sick, jet lagged, or overly tired I haven’t ever uttered the words I wish I didn’t do that workout. It hasn’t ever come out of my mouth.
Those words haven’t come out of my mouth because every workout counts. Learning that has helped me to embrace how I am feeling and then alter my workouts to how I’m feeling. This mantra also helped me workout no matter what while my life adjusted to having a baby. Working out makes me feel like me and I don’t make a habit of skipping that.
It also gives me perspective of going with how my body feels. Just because I go out for a 20-30 minute run doesn’t mean that it’s not a solid workout. Sometimes I get bummed if I struggled through a workout, but I just remind myself that every workout counts. That allows me to not dwell on anything I perceive as negative when it comes to my workouts!
Go out there and get a workout in because every workout counts. Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong!
