This is by far some of the best fitness motivation and that is don’t half ass it. So many people go through motions at the gym. I’m all for being grateful that you made it to the gym, but at some point you have to put in the work! You can’t half ass it you’ve got to put your full ass into it!

The above are words to live by. Basically this is for everyone who has hit a plateau in your workouts and you’ve stopped seeing results. It can be easy just to continue on your course, but where does that get you? You can’t half ass it and you’ll need to seriously look at your workouts and push yourself.

That is really what don’t half ass it means and that is that you need to push yourself. It’s true that 20 minutes of intense exercise is better than 30 or 40 minutes of you going through the motions. It only takes a little more effort to get that extra intensity. You’ll hit your fitness milestones with this amazing fitness motivation.
