All about the fitness motivation! You’re closer than yesterday.
You have to remind yourself that every time you assess yourself as well as every time you work on your fitness. It’s hard because sometimes it takes a while to see the results. Don’t let yourself get discourage!
For me I’m constantly setting new goals and that means every time I reach it I have another goal I’m setting. I love this because I’m always working toward something new but I never know how easily I’ll reach that goal. Sometimes it takes longer than the previous one and that can definitely be frustrating. I don’t let it though because I always remind myself that I’m closer than yesterday!
Remind yourself that your on a fitness journey and you have ups and downs! You’ll definitely be able to make it past that difficult section you just have to keep working toward it!
Make sure you keep yourself motivated on that fitness journey! You’re closer than yesterday! Remind yourself that every day.
