This is something that I constantly remind myself. You have to especially when it comes to your fitness journey. We all have plateaus and the secret to them is that they are telling you that you need to switch it up. You need to change something in your workout.

I truly love change. I love it in all aspect of my life. It definitely can be scary and intimidating but that is the best part! I’m constantly changing my workouts. I adding distance to my runs. I do a different 30 day challenge every month. I’m always trying new circuits.

For me right now I’m super excited for the change in my life. I have a new baby and I can’t wait to truly get back to working out. I have pinned so many circuits that I can’t wait to try. I know it’s going to be hard but I’m excited for the challenge. I want to reach more of my fitness goals and be even fitter than I was before!
