Time and time again you hear that you can’t do something and it can really mess with your confidence. Do not let it and that’s why embrace this fitness motivation. Believe in yourself no matter. Guess what you might not even believe in yourself, but as long as you pretend you will end up believing in yourself.
Just believe in yourself, even if you don’t, pretend that you do, and at some point you will. I have done this in so many aspects of my life and honestly I’ve always ended up believing in myself. I did this with my fitness journey too especially since I started my fitness journey through sports. I always was in a group working out and when it came time to do it on my own I just pretending like I was confident in myself.
It was that fitness motivation of pretending to believe in myself that helped me to believe in myself. All of a sudden pone day I knew that I truly believed in what I was doing. It made it so easy for me to go and try new workouts! It has helped me to reach new fitness levels and goals!
Just remember to always believe in yourself or at least pretend to until you truly do. It’s the best fitness motivation.
