It’s another Fitness Motivation and it’s essential to always be your best! I know I can always use some solid motivation to go workout. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
The one fitness lesson that I wish I implemented when I was really young is to not compare myself to others. It’s not about anyone else, but you! If you can gravitate to that and embrace that then you will only focus on what you can do it. That way you can dedicate yourself to being your best!
Always be your best is the only fitness motivation you need to accomplish your milestones. Remind yourself that it doesn’t matter what anyone else does. It only matters what you do and if you can keep that with you through all of your fitness adventures then you will always have fun!
I find when I’m having fun, I’m reaching my goals! I’m not worrying about anything else because I’m in that present moment and just embracing it. Focus on you and you will always be your best. Let go of comparing yourself to anyone else because it doesn’t get you to your goals. It only creates barriers and plateaus.
Remind yourself daily to always be your best and see how your fitness journey changes! It’s living in the present moment and you’ll implement it in all of your life, but it’s still the best fitness motivation.
