Have you ever wondered why when you started working out you saw results pretty quickly and then those last 10 pounds are so hard to lose! So often people abandon the quest to lose those last 10 pounds. I’ve even known people to lose the motivation to workout.

You have to remind yourself to workout with that enthusiasm. You’ll be able to achieve greatness by having different workouts you love and having those very difficult workouts. The ones where you sweat so much and think you need to stop! It’s imperative to have at least a day or two a week of this especially when you’re working toward a weight loss goal.

Workout with enthusiasm to achieve greatness! It’s the perfect fitness motivation for this holiday season. Make sure you work for those holiday treats!
