I’ve used the phrase before, but as a motivation the “get fit for summer” or really get fit for any special occasion. This gives off the idea that fitness is a seasonal hobby, but fitness isn’t a hobby. It’s a lifestyle.
Once you’re able to embrace fitness isn’t a hobby you’ll truly be able to have a consistent fitness routine. That’s really what this fitness motivation is all about. If you can find how it to fit it into your daily life then you will always do it.
For me it was embracing fitness as a daily part of my day. No matter what is going on in my life I get up and workout for 30 minutes. I always can make that time. Surprisingly having my baby I realized just how getting up a little earlier for the day gives me that extra time.
Remind yourself fitness isn’t a hobby it is a lifestyle. Embrace that fitness motivation for a daily routine.
