We’re on our Fit Mom journey. It’s time to reinvent your workouts. It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog!

Every year I see people drop off around this time. There is a lot of temptations around this time of year. I’ve been guilty of going off the rails this time of year and it’s hard once you do that to continue working out.

 

For me I’ve committed myself to extending my runs. I already did this over the weekend and it felt so amazing. I can’t wait to do another long run. I felt awesome and I went to party that night and didn’t feel bad about indulging a little more than usual.

If you’re getting back into working out or want to start hit up the gym kids it will be dead starting this time of year through the end of the year. That’s always so nice. You can ease your way back into the gym. The same can be said for workout classes that they completely thin out around this time of year.

If hitting up the gym or running isn’t your thing try adding jump rope into your workouts. It’s a can do workout anywhere and it is intense kids! We also have a ton of awesome circuits on our channel. They all can be done anywhere! You have no excuses to not reinvent your workouts kids!
