Fit Mom Workout Plan | BuzzChomp Fitness Vlog

Happy November 1st! I love this time of year but I’ve seen people use it as an excuse time and time again. If you’re well into your Fit Mom journey like me that means your baby takes up more and more of your time. It’s time to plan your workouts!


Commit yourself to your workouts right now. Today start your plan. That all comes down to planning your workouts! It sounds lame but try mapping out on a calendar when you want to workout. I love using my google calendar and it reminds me when I have stuff planned! That’s perfect. Doing this for your workouts is great! It holds you accountable.


Take the weather out of the equation. If you run outside like me you might not be able to if it gets too cold, rainy, or snowy. Make sure you always have a workout that you know is going to work up a great sweat! Find that workout now! You can do it if its inclement weather or if you’re traveling during the holidays!

Be aware of how frequently you’re working out on this Fit Mom journey. Hold yourself accountable to the schedule that you set! Try to challenge yourself to workout 4-5 times a week in November then extend that bad boy to December!
