I’m all about no excuses to not workout and that’s why we created this Fit Mom Office workout video. You have the time to do this workout. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
It’s so surprising to still hear people who say they don’t have time to workout. I get it that we’re all busy moms and maybe it’s really that you don’t want to make the time to workout. That is totally understandable, but it’s really easier to start a fitness regimen.
I used to have a friend I worked with that would set a timer for sit ups and push ups. There were long stretches when she motivated herself to do this and I often joined in with her. This is where I got the idea for this fit mom office workout! Everyone can take the less than two minutes it will take you to do this workout and even better if you can make the time every hour!
It’s four exercises and if you’re just starting out I give you the option to just do three exercises. It’s 30 second high knees, 20 crunches, 10 push-ups, and 30 seconds running in the place. You can also do this by not running in place and every hour switching what you do for the first 30 seconds, but I highly recommend doing all four exercises.
It’s a no excuse workout and every single person has the time, energy, patience, and ability to do this workout. Try this workout for a week and let me know what you think.
