Back to School is an exciting time, but just because you might be busier doesn’t mean that you let go of your fitness. Summer might have given you a bit more of freedom with your routine. Now the kids are going back to school and activities are starting back up.

No matter how busy your life will be as part of our Fit Mom journey back to school fitness means sticking to your routine. Life can get busy, but I find that planning out my weekly workouts always is a great way to keep me on track.

If you find that you take on the brunt of getting your kids ready for the day and getting them ready for bed then switch it up! For me fitness is all about embracing me and making sure I have that me time. No matter what else is going on with your life you should be able to set aside 30 minutes for you!

The worst thing you want to do is let your fitness routine go! I’m committing myself to my fit mom journey and there are a so many ways to keep up your fitness routine. Don’t let back to school alter your fitness routine!
