Fit Dad Workout circuit. It’s our Buzzchomp fitness vlog.
This circuit is seven exercises. You do a minimum of three rounds. The reps are low but it’s definitely an adjustment to do exercises with your baby. Start out with the low reps and either up the reps as you get more comfortable with this circuit or up your rounds. Seven rounds of this is awesome!
I love working out with my baby. She had so much fun working out with me. She was smiling and laughing! It was so great.
Mandi and I love to workout and it’s definitely something we’re instilling in our baby girl early! We’ve both done workouts with her and she loves it.
