Eat like you love yourself is great fitness motivation. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
For so many of us food is such a comfort and it’s because we all have such positive memories of it. Right now watching my little babe learn to eat and try new foods I know that I get so happy when she likes something and her and I have so much fun as she tries new things. It’s so interesting watching a baby eat because when she’s done she’s done. This is why I’m emphasizing eat like you love yourself.
It’s a great reminder since babies can’t overeat. They stop eating when they get full and that totally makes sense. It’s only has we get older than we mix food with our feelings. That is why I always implement eat like you love yourself. I love food, but I always make sure I know why I am eating. Being able to recognize when you’re truly hungry is key!
I always don’t let indulgences take me off course. If I want to easy something that’s not the healthiest then I do it. I own that decision and don’t let it take me down a spiral. When I do indulge it’s really because it’s a special occasion and I’m always perfectly fine with that!
Eat like you love yourself truly is easier than you think! It feels so great to feed your body healthy foods and once I changed my diet I truly feel great.
