Dynamic Dumbbell Workout Circuit | BuzzChomp Fitness

You don’t need a gym to get a great dumbbell workout. The dynamic dumbbell workout circuit is perfect to add to your at home workouts. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.

Before you can do this workout you need to invest in a good set of dumbbells. Mandi and I invested in an adjustable dumbbell set a few years ago. It’s perfect for at home circuits because you can have 5 pound dumbbells and up to 40 pound dumbbells.

The dynamic dumbbell workout circuit has two different variations of bicep curls and punches as well as archers. I was not familiar with archers before this and they look extremely simple but by the end of the 20 reps both of my arms were on fire!

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

I love cardio lifting and this dynamic dumbbell workout is just that. Do not rest between exercises and once you finish a round only rest up to 2 minutes. Make sure you do a minimum of 3 times through but push yourself to do 5. You’ll thank yourself the day afternoon when your arms are sore and feel amazing.

I love how approachable the dynamic dumbbell workout circuit is. Each exercise is low reps and all five are straight forward. Try this circuit out and let us know how it worked out for you!
