Are you ready for the ultimate body changing fitness challenge? Our 60 day fitness challenge is a full 8 weeks, moving between muscle groups to create a new and better you.
This 60 day fitness challenge is perfectly balanced. Monday through Thursday is two sets of one exercise. The reps increase each day from 10 to 20 to 30 to 40. Then on Friday you do all four exercises, two rounds, for an amazing circuit!
The challenge begins and ends with abs, nearly two months apart. We tackled this over the holidays and it carried us straight through the new year. But if you begin right now, you’ll finish when winter is over. How amazing!? Your challenge ends and spring begins. BOOM!
