15 Day Burpee Challenge Day 7-14! This challenge has heated up! Dan and I have definitely found our groove!
Day 7 is the first day that I did 30 straight. Dan said he was going to do it and I just followed suit! It was the best decision to do. It really gave me a different outlook on this challenge.
Dan found his groove with 30 burpees. I found that I still slowed down during the last 10 and if Dan and I want to finish together I need to start these bad boys before him. I had set a goal of doing 30 straight by the end of the challenge but I’m so glad that I made that goal half way through the challenge.
My focus shifted during the second half. I realized that no matter what the Burpee will be a challenge. If I stopped and different sets I still slowed down during the 30. It was actually easier for me to push through them!
15 day burpee challenge is one of my favorites! 30 new-school burpees is no joke but so worth it!
