Day 1 to 6 Burpee Challenge | BuzzChomp Fitness Vlog

Day 1-6 of our 15 day burpee challenge. Prepare yourself for success. 30 new-school Burpees is no joke kids! This is a great fitness challenge part of our Buzzchomp vlog series.

The first thing we learned by doing this new-school Burpee is just how intense it is. Both Dan and I needed to find our rhythm. We both decided to break these bad boys up into three sets of 10 to begin with. It is definitely a hard challenge already but so worth it.

Make sure that you take rests between sets especially if you have not done this style Burpee’s before. I definitely needed the rest. Dan and I did the first day together and it makes this challenge extremely approachable if you have a friend to do it with it!

Day 1-6 is complete! Come by back for days 7-14 of this amazing 15 day Burpee Challenge. Prepare yourself for success! You will not regret joining in on this 15 day Burpee challenge! It is definitely intense and worth it.
