This is another workout that you can do anywhere. It’s only four exercises: jumping jacks, crunches, squats, and push ups. You do 100 jumping jacks, crunches, and squats. You do 25 push ups.
The best part about this workout is that you get to repeat the exercises. You do two full rounds and then you drop the squats then you drop the crunches. Make sure you rest a minute in between the sets.
This is such a simple circuit and all you need is 15 minutes and you will totally be burning amazing calories and feeling great! Once you master this workout you can totally try adding another round or two of the four exercises! That will lengthen the workout and get you burning more!
There is no excuse for you not to try this at home circuit today! It burns some great calories!
