The Black Panther workout video and review is here! This is the perfect at home workout that will get you ripped like a super hero. At first glance of this circuit workout it doesn’t actually look like it will be that intense, but looks are definitely deceiving.
For the purpose of the workout video and review I only did 10 pull-ups at the end, but I love doing exercises to failure. It’s my favorite way to do circuits and ending each round with pull-ups to failure is intense. It’s going to challenge you physically and mentally. I love pull-ups, but I definitely don’t do enough circuits that have them. It’s great that this one does.
All of these exercises minus pull-ups are simple and not too intense, but when you repeat them in a circuit setting they get intense. That is the mark of a truly great workout circuit and is why I gave this one a 9/10. It’s also why you should be honest with your fitness ability prior to embarking on the Black Panther workout. If you’re a beginner, just do 3 sets, but if you’re more experienced push yourself to 5 or even 7. You’ll get an amazing workout.
A warning to all of you who embrace this Black Panther workout that you will feel sore tomorrow and the next day. I love at home circuits that do that. It’s all bodyweight exercises and it works your full body. Remember that since you’re not doing an extreme number of reps do each exercise slow. There is a reason you start out with slow climbers and that’s so you set that pace for this circuit.
The Black Panther workout opened me up to two exercises I hadn’t done before sit-outs and get-ups and both of these exercises you have to do them slow. That just reinforces what I said above. New exercises always make me enjoy a circuit a bit more because of the creativity. I’ve done so many at home circuits that many are similar. This Black Panther workout stands out.
