A few years back I said no more to resolutions especially fitness ones. I kept making the same resolutions every year. Sure I would get a little closer to my goal, but I’d always not be happy with where I was at. Once I decided to do anti fitness resolutions it all changed for me.
For a new year new you, you just need to change your perspective. If you’ve followed my fitness journey so far you’ll realize that that’s my secret to all of my fitness success. I’ve changed my perspective and mindset.
Start your new year by monitoring your progress week by week and by the end of January assess where you are at. You’ll definitely be closer to where you want to be in your fitness journey. Trust me.
