30 day fitness challenge for Gladiators! This one will test your limits and push you to your next fitness level. Its part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.
Prior to starting this 30 day fitness challenge for Gladiators I wanted to make sure that my next challenge was intense. I made sure that I was prepared for this challenge because I knew it’d be intense. It definitely met my expectations and it’s why I’ve given it a 9.5/10.
The Gladiator challenge has no rest days. Just about every challenge I’ve done that has no rest days is always intense. I make sure that I’m always prepared for them. This one is no different and even though like all challenges it starts off mild, it will get intense!
This 30 day fitness challenge consists of 3 exercises: punches, one armed plank, and lunges. Punches and lunges you do either 3 or 4 sets depending on the day. One armed plank you hold. The punches get intense as well as the lunge, but you get a good foundation from it.
The one armed plank is intense. For me I needed to switch arms half way especially as got closer to the end. Be prepared to hold it for 2 minutes at the end of this challenge. Make sure during the earlier days that you really engage your core. You don’t want to put all your weight into your arm or else you’ll basically be doing a one armed down dog.
This 30 Day Fitness Challenge for Gladiators is great! I highly recommend it if you want to be challenged for 30 days. Prepare yourself because you will be sore, but its such a validating soreness!
