Fitness Friday: 30 Day Challenge Push-ups

 

It’s 30 Day Challenge time! We’re doing push-ups, starting with a measly five and crushing our goal of 60 straight push-ups. Take the challenge and get at it.

I never feel stronger than after doing push-ups.
