Summer Six Pack Abs Fitness Goal | BuzzChomp Vlog

It’s not too late for those summer six pack abs! Time to update your fitness goals!

It’s a three prong plan. Maintain three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of core circuit training. Try the core killer that we demo’d last week!

You’ve got your weekdays covered now do some amazing cardio workouts on the weekends. I love getting some good long runs on the weekends but also try adding in some intense hikes!

The third thing is to add in a plank 30 day challenge. You’ll be working your way up to a five minute plank! That will totally crush your core and really work.

Now we have a bonus tip try cutting down on your sugar. Sugar is a silent killer of your fit body. Everyone eats way too much sugar. I did a 30 day challenge of no added and I’ve never gone back to the way I used to be!

These tips will revolutionize your body and set you on your way to your summer six pack abs! Get those fitness goals.
