We demo every exercise in this awesome Kickoff Workout. They say its 8 minutes to a better day, which is true. You repeat the circuit three times, or more if you want. Then have an amazing day!
No equipment required, just your motivation and a mat. You’ve done all of these exercises before, so go all out and feel that burn!
Remember, if you’re just starting to workout, take your time with this circuit. Its designed to be three rounds, but do more or less depending on how your body feels. The goal is to get your blood flowing and wake up every muscle in your body. This is where you come in. Get ready and exercise!
