I always remind myself that my body can withstand anything and I have first knowledge of this. Remind yourself your body can withstand anything and I constantly remind myself of this. This is how I got myself into running outside and back into my fitness regimen after I had my baby.
The secret is to know how your mind convinces you to stop when it claims your body is in danger. What’s really amazing is when you can let go of those negative thoughts from your mind and just let your body do it’s thing. That’s what your body really can withstand anything and this will help you achieve amazing fitness goals. You’ll do things that you never dream of.
The funny thing is people think it’s hard to overcome your mind but it is not! It’s easier than you think and it will remind you that your body can withstand anything!
