The stability ball takes exercises that you can do without the ball and makes them so intense! Find your balance point before attempting each exercise. If you’re not set up properly your balance will be off. Once you’ve got the balance you’re good to go.
Our favorite part of this circuit is how different these exercises feel on the stability ball. The two variations of push ups are great. They’re intense and because your legs are on the ball you really have to engage your core, chest, and arms. These push ups will become your favorite new exercise!
