It’s four exercises that will work your body! This is one of those challenges that starts out calm (don’t they all) but then really picks up its pace! Get ready for some long Wall Sits, a lot of dips, reach ups, and donkey kicks!
This was definitely a great 30 day challenge. I’ve been doing them over a year now and they are a great addition to a daily workout routine.
