You can make up an excuse for why putting aside your fitness goals for the month of December is fine. No kids. No. That is you giving in to your excuses. You are stronger than your excuses. You have to completely believe you are.
It’s easier than you think to be stronger than excuses. All you have to do is to continue to workout. Don’t let yourself take off more than 2 days in a row. By not taking that rest time you’ll be less inclined to take more rest time. Trust me that this will make you feel so great!

I always know I can indulge a bit more this time of year and not worry because I haven’t slowed down my fitness at all. That is an amazing feeling. That makes me stronger than excuses. I want to workout. I’m craving it and I’m not letting anything get in my way!
