Its just four easy exercises and 15 reps each, for two amazing rounds. This is great for an add-on to your daily workout. Do this two or three times a week and you’ll start to see your arms get amazingly tone. Ripped!
You can do this workout by yourself, or you can do it with a partner. I love doing this with my lady. We can spot one another and really push one another. Start out with lower weight and then work yourself up. Ladies, start with five pounds, and guys use minimum of ten. This will work all of your arms and shoulders.
