No Nonsense 30 minute workout. This is another great quick workout. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.
The no nonsense workout takes approximately 25 minutes. You do three rounds of it. It’s 9 exercises and all of them you can do anywhere. If you haven’t taken a hint both Mandi and I embrace workouts anywhere. Even if you’re doing a short one it’s still better than no workout at all.
The above being said this gets intense after each round. If you’re experienced you definitely should only rest briefly. That will definitely make the workout more intense. I love that about this style home workout.
Most of the exercises reps are only 15 or 20 but jumping jacks is 50 and so is crunches. Those feel like perfect amounts for jumping jacks and crunches. It’s just enough to feel the burn and build on top of one another. That’s how you get such a good workout with this is to embrace the build!
Remember to do the reps slow especially when you do burpees. You’re only doing 15 but any amount of burpees are intense. Remember that burpees are a full body workout. I at times want to rush through them but I get the most benefits when I do them slow and get into my groove.
I really enjoyed the no nonsense workout. It gets an 8 out of 10 from me which is high! It’s one of those workouts that I will keep in my back pocket and break out when I need a solid workout but only have a finite amount of time.
