Motivational Monday time to motivate the mind your body will follow! It’s your mind then body!

I love that saying. It is so true! Fitness is so much more your mind than your body. A lot of times your body will not want exercise or you’ll try to push yourself and your body will be like no thank you!

If you can motivate your mind your body will always want to go farther and harder! I truly implemented this when I switched from running on the treadmill to outside. It’s harder to run outsider. There are a lot more distractions but I motivated myself and now my mind craves it just as much as my body!

It’s the perfect time to motivate the mind! There are lot of distractions but why not take some you time and go work your body!

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week of strong!
