It’s so true. Fitness is not magic results come slow but they are so worth it. You’re not going to start working out one day and be fit the next. Sorry! It’s just not going to happen and it’s really bad to have those expectations. You need to have realistic expectations.
It’s just like anything else in your life. You have to work toward your fitness goals and they are so worth it. The best part is once you’re where you want to be maintaining it is so much easier because you’re already used to the hard work! You also know when to push it and know when you can back off.
Just be realistic and know that Fitness is by no means magic kids!
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week off strong!
