Setting Mid-Year Fitness Goals is even more important than New Years resolutions. Form critical exercise habits during the summer and I guarantee you will carry them through the holiday season!
I’ve got three mid-year goals that everyone can accomplish. Keep on exercising, meaning at least twice a week. Do one new workout routine, ideally something indoors so you can do it once the weather changes. Finally, embrace sweating so you’ll crave it when its cold and harder to accomplish.
