I Love My Arm Workout Circuit!
This Arms workout is great. It’s the perfect circuit to do first thing when you wake up. You can truly do it anywhere!
The one thing you do need is dumbbells for the bicep curls. Having a good set of dumbbells is a great resource especially if you do a lot of at home circuits.
This workout is only five exercises. You build up and then you work your way back down. It’s easy to remember. It’s push ups, dips, plank, knee tucks, and bicep curls. That is it but it will work your whole arms!
Adding this circuit in to your arsenal of workouts will help you get those perfect toned arms.
