Leg Shred Workout is the perfect at home circuit training. All about the fitness!

This is completely a body weight circuit which is great because you can do this anywhere! There are two circuits and you want to rest a minute between each circuit one and circuit two and then repeat. This leg shred workout will take you almost thirty minutes to complete!

The exercises in this circuit are great! Even though they focus on your legs you’ll also work most of the rest of your body. That’s really the best part about these at home bodyweight circuit training!

In the first circuit you start and end up with burpees! Those will torch your legs but they also work your whole body. You’ll then crush through lunges and squats! Both lunges and squats work your legs but also will work your core!

In the second circuit you start and end with jumping jacks. Jumping Jacks are great for working your full body too! You’ll have more lunges, squats and knee raises so while your again working your legs you’ll be working your core as well!
