Wake up Workout Circuit is the perfect at home fitness training!

Creating a fitness habit can be daunting if you’ve never done it before. A great way to become dedicated is to workout right when you get up in the morning! These Wake up Workout’s are great!

This is six exercises that are going to give you a full body workout! Start out by just doing one set of this especially if you’re new to fitness but this is a great workout that you can do three to five sets of this! You’d really work up a great sweat!

These six exercises really compliment one another. I love adding this in to my daily workout. You can totally up the number of reps. Ten is just the starting point for this workout which is great because you can taylor this workout and make it more intense as you get deeper into your fitness!
