Leg Day Workout Circuit will kick your bum! All you need is a chair. That’s it! An easy circuit, but a great Buzzchomp fitness vlog.
This Leg Day circuit is only five exercises: squats, split squats, lunges, standing leg raises, and climbers. Do ten reps of each and a minimum of three rounds, but I’d say do more if you can. All of these exercises are going to really work your legs. My favorite are the standing leg raises. Such a great exercise. It strengthens and stretches!
We love workout circuits that you can do anywhere, and this leg day workout is just that! There is no excuse not do this workout. Like we said, push for at least three sets, then keep pushing yourself for five to seven if you can!
Since you only do ten reps of each exercise, we definitely recommend doing each exercise slowly. You want to really get the benefits of each exercises. Lunges are great, but if you do them wrong you can hurt yourself. The same goes for squats. If you do each exercise slow, then you’ll feel it in the morning.
