This week let’s all embrace Just Start, No excuses. It’s that easy because all you need to do is just start. For me there is always one exercise I keep coming back to over the years and that is pull-ups. Growing up I used to be able to do a lot of pull-ups. I was small so it definitely was easier for me to pull myself up.
I now know the benefit to pull-ups and I always say I’m going to start them but then I don’t. Why do I do that? Why don’t I just start? I let myself self sabotage myself. It’s silly. I need to remember to just start and embrace no excuses. I’ve done this with so many other fitness milestones.
This really is the cycle that so many of us get into when it comes to our fitness journey. Let’s break that cycle. Remember to just start, no excuses and make that you’re fitness motivation.
