Jumping Jacks 30 Day Fitness Challenge!
This challenge is great because of it’s simplicity. There is such a wide variety of 30 day challenges out there. I’ve enjoyed all of them for the variety. This past month I was craving a simple one exercise challenge. Enter the Jumping Jack.
Jumping Jacks can be seen as a simple exercise but when you’re doing them every day for a month you need to make sure that your form is on point! Lucky for you with this challenge you can really work on your form especially in the beginning. It starts out with just 10 jacks! That’s it.
Don’t shy away from this challenge because you think it’s going to be simple because just like so many other 30 day challenges this Jumping Jacks challenge gets INTENSE. You end with 150 of these bad boys so you better get your form right and trust me this you’ll be feeling this challenge!
