This full body workout at home will rock you! Another follow along fitness vlog!
This work is three different sets. Each set revolves around 50 jumping jacks, 20 squats, and wraps up with thirty second plank! Each set also has seven exercises. This is perfect because you really get a great full body workout!
The secret is to keep your pace up. You can rest in between sets but keep it to two minutes. This will keep your body still focused on the workout but also give you time to catch your breath!
This workout shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes which is perfect! In our time crunched world it’s nice to know you can get a good sweat in in no time! There is no excuses guys to not workout. We’re tired of hearing those excuses.
