This circuit is amazing! We’ll take you through one full round, but repeat the circuit three times so you really get an amazing workout.
It revolves around jumping jacks and jump rope. Make sure you switch between the jacks and rope. That way you’ll really get the cardio aspect of this circuit.
Like many of our workouts you can do this one anywhere! That’s truly why we love these circuits. It gives you no excuse to not workout every day. All you need is a jump rope, which is a great and cheap piece of exercise equipment.
Take a rest between rounds, but make sure it’s a brief one. You want to keep that cardio aspect of this workout. You’re definitely going to feel this one.
