SometimesI know I am my toughest critic! Go easy on yourself though! It’s easy to be too hard yourself. Trust me, this is something that I’ve worked on to find the balance in my life.
Once your able to learn when you should go easy on yourself and when the time to hold yourself to the highest standard is how you’ll achieve your fitness success! The thing I love about this is that it truly is motivation for life.
The best part is that all of my fitness motivation is motivation for life. Remember that this is a super busy time of year and I see so many people fall off their fitness regimen. That is why you should go easy on yourself. Make your workouts important, but give yourself some slack!
Letting yourself have some fitness freedom will do wonders for your fitness regimen!
