Four Minute Cardio Workout is no excuses! It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.
It’s only five exercises! You do body weight squats, close-grip push ups, mountain climbers, walking lunges, and jumping jacks. You do them for either a minute or thirty seconds! It’s such an amazing cardio and body weight circuit.
I love this workout because it is so simple! You can truly do it anywhere. That’s the really important thing when it comes to working out, that you need workouts that you can do anywhere. Cut out those excuses and remember that you don’t need a gym to workout. There are so many amazing circuits that you can do anywhere.
The key to this workout is that it only takes four minutes. Do not rest between sets. Use an interval timer or your phone and you’re good to go! You’re going feel so great after this. It is perfect to do right when you get up!
You have no excuses to not do this 4 minute workout! It’s perfect for those busy mornings when you want a great workout, but you don’t have a ton of time. Remember, you have no reason to not do this circuit! Just pull out your mat and grab a timer! 4 Minutes is all you need.
