This is great life motivation as well as fitness motivation but I do always say that if you can reach those fitness goals you can definitely reach those life goals. You’ve got to work for it. Now is the perfect time to dedicate yourself to those fitness goals.
October stars getting busy with all the fun fall activities and once we hit Halloween we are in full holiday mode! Don’t let your fitness motivation drop and stop working toward those goals. You have to still work for it unless you won’t reach your goals.
Take advantage of the empty gyms and the deals on classes. Make sure you ingrain yourself in your fitness regime prior to the holidays. Your fitness motivation can only be sustained by you. You’re not going to get fit over night! Don’t with for it. Go work for it.
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week off strong.
