Fitness Motivation: Sweat, Smile, Repeat | BuzzChomp

Time for our weekly fitness motivation. Remember sweat, smile, repeat is a great daily mantra. Its part of our BuzzChomp video series.

 

I’ve heard people say I don’t like to sweat. This is just crazy because honestly sweating is amazing and it truly makes me happy. I always feel so great after a workout and that’s a feeling that I hold on to all day.

Sweat, smile, and repeat is a great fitness motivation because you’re putting a positive spin on working out. You’re also embracing how working out makes you feel. I know that is what it is for me. If I don’t go run I don’t feel like myself and I’m not as happy of a person if I don’t get a good workout in.

Finding which workout makes you smile is key too. Once you can do that then you’ll truly be craving that daily. Trust me when I sat that you’ll to do that workout everyday and it will make you happy!

Tap in to who you are and what makes you happy! You will definitely align yourself to sweat, smile, and repeat. It’s the perfect fitness motivation.
