All about the fitness motivation! Remember why you started!
That’s right sometimes we all need a little reminder to why we started working out. For me it had a lot to do with my mom. She always went to the gym and ran. It was what she did daily.
For me I really started working out in high school. I needed something to do in between sport seasons and I learned it was easier to play a sport if you stayed in shape in the off season. But the best part was that I really liked it. I liked going to the gym and I liked working out. I actually liked it way more than playing sports.
I hope that I can set that example for my little girl. If she sees me working out and it’s something that she alway has known she will be more inclined to do it and want to do it.
Whatever your reason is for starting you have to hold that closely to you. You have to remind yourself of that always. You need to use that for your fitness motivation! It will keep you honest with yourself and it will keep you on track!
