All about our Fitness Motivation. Push yourself no on else will! This is so true kids!

I really live by this quote because no one can make you workout. It has to all come from you. This can be extremely daunting but we can all motivate ourselves! Last week I talked about your mind can motivate your body that’s where pushing your comes from.

The secret to pushing yourself is that everyone can! You can learn to love exercise you just truly have to want. You just have to want to set that time aside for yourself! We often put road blocks up in our lives. We made excuses for why we can’t do something. With exercise it’s always about “time.” We are the keeper of our time. We decide what is important in our life! Making your fitness important is key! You have to push yourself because no one else will!

Being about to change your fitness is way is an easy change that we can all make in our lives! The easiest way to make this change is to start gradually. There is no need to go all out from O to 100. Make it easy for yourself to continue to push yourself! Start with a few days and work your way up from there. Push your self because no one else will!
