I know I can always use some more fitness motivation. I love feeling strength kids. The best part of our fitness journey is getting strong! It’s why I put up with the hard workouts because I know that I will feel my strength.

It’s funny because I did another fitness motivation about today’s impossible workout is tomorrow’s warm up and really it’s saying the same thing as today’s fitness motivation. You’ll get stronger and you got to love feeling strength. You truly do kids!

I get a rush when I feel myself getting stronger! That’s enough fitness motivation for me right there. I know that the work pays off! I remind myself that it takes time though especially in the beginning and when you hit a plateau. Remind yourself of that. Hitting those walls will make you stronger. Remind yourself to love feeling strength.

Love feeling strength! That is why I’m on my fitness journey. If you don’t workout out and you don’t move as you get older you feel bad. You feel week and tired. That is no good kids! Love feeling strength because it will keep you happy and healthy!
