If you want to get fit you have to give up one thing and that is your excuses! It’s really that easy. Excuses are extremely negative especially when it comes to fitness. They give you an out which you don’t need. If you’ve decided you want to commit yourself to fitness why would you ever give yourself an out? There is no reason to!
That is why giving up your excuses is a great fitness motivation. Try it for this week. If you workout in the morning like me do not let yourself reset your alarm at all this week. If the night before you set it to wake up and work out commit yourself to that. When I started doing that I started reaching my fitness goals and feeling the best I ever did.
Embrace this fitness motivation. Give up excuses kids! You’re just feeing the story you’ve created for yourself. You’ve reached your fitness goals. Tell yourself that and embrace that fitness motivation!
